Service poor, margaritas were rough and overall a bit pricey. Not so great...

Great food friendly people

The food is consistently good. August 1st, we stopped in for lunch. Sat at the bar as we always have. Two guys working behind the bar, in front of us, still we went unnoticed. Six minutes passed before they took our drink order. A few minutes later chips and salsa were delivered to us. We still are not sure who is our waiter. We asked one of them if we could order guacamole. After receiving same. Minutes passed away, the other guy behind the bar, I said we are ready to order. Two guys waked in and were seated in the bar area. Immediately, they were served chips and salsa. One of the guys behind the bar was at their table in a blink of an eye. They were checked on throughout their meal, drinks were refilled. And yes, the staff are Mexican as we’re those two guys. Hmmmmm!

Excellent service

Love the food here! Met some friends here and we enjoyed the evening getting stuffed on our favorites and swapping tall stories. Service is top notch, never rushed so they can turn the table. Have eaten here many times and will be back soon!

We frequent Lucy's and normally have good service and food. Tonight however, it took over 30 minutes to get tacos. Tacos. ---then the owner was extremely rude once our food was brought. When we asked him why he thought it took so long, he pointed to my 3 crispy tacos and said that was why---it takes a while to make the meat. Really? THEN said "I can take them back" Really??? So we paid for our drinks and left. The girl at the check out said the ticket said it only took 15 minutes. Obviously someone dropped the ball----waitress OR cook. This is not the first time this has happened to us with food and comments from management. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Sad.

I don't really like refried beans, but Lucy's are great. Whatever seasoning they use make them better than any I've ever eaten.

Food is great stop in and give it a try well worth it

Wait time was short and we were offered a spot at the bar. Drinks were great as were the chips and salsa served. Food was good, although the pollo marisco was not quite what I expected from the description. The sauce was more cheese based rather than cream based, but I want disappointed with the taste. Prices are moderate for dinner. We spent about $30 per person with drinks. Meals average $15-$20 per person depending on you order. Overall the dining experience was good. The restaurant is currently using cheap lightweight plastic packets for silverware. I found that a bit off putting. That's the quality I expect from a fast food burger place, but maybe it's a supply issue, so we brushed it off. Service was good but not outstanding. Overall, all it was a good if not exciting dining experience.

Slow service and language barriers. Only one server seemed to speak fluent English(may have been more, but they never made it around us) We were there for fourty-five minutes after placing our order. Food was decent, but not worth the wait

This place never disappoints. Anytime I'm in the area I stop by for a bite to eat. My favorite is the Aldo platter.

This was my third visit here, will probably be my last too. Service was a bit slow considering they weren’t busy. I ordered the tío Juan, the food taste was decent, the deal breaker for me was that everything on the plate is smothered with chili cheese sauce, my plate doesn’t come with beans so I ordered a side of beans, a small cup, was charged $3.50 for small cup of beans, the final cost of my plate excluding the beans was overcharged by three dollars, what I was charged isn’t the same as is advertised on the menu. I gave it another try, won’t be back as mentioned.

Have been here multiple times but now a jumbo gold margarita for $11.15 is using Gran Gala instead of Grand Mariner. That’s not right!!!

Great food and service

The absolute worst dining experience! The service I received verses the service the table across from me was completely different. My server never came back after dropping off my order, not even for a tea refill. Honestly the food was not great either. Boo Lucy!

We had a table of 10 ppl we only had a chance to order one alcoholic drink when we were told we couldn't order no more cause we talked loud and were exceeding our limit . I had a friend who didnt have a chance to drink her margarita ,her glass was full. I had a few that didnt get to order a drink ,we were told that we had enough. Service was bad . We never go to there again

Cheese enchilada are life changing

Still sitting inside the restaurant. Had chips and salsa for 30 mins now, wonder if they will ever take my order or maybe refill my tea. I dont care how busy it is, how long does it take to stop and take my order? Food is overpriced for the service they give.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited almost an hour to get our food and when we got it, after asking twice about it, it was cold! Never going there again

Food was very good. Grilled onions with the fajita and the black beans were the best I ever had Only complaint was no Splenda for the tea.

Guacamole is fantastic and so is the queso! I was only there for happy hour but the fajitas smelled AMAZING.

Great fresh food, lunch buffet that changes daily, try there frozen raspberry margarita! Try the sampler platter, for a quick lunch!
